Synopsis
In this research residence, we want to engage in dialogue with our body with space, with objects, and to invite the community to decipher through play, body and writing the multiple interpretations that we can embody. Love is so deep and immense at once, polysemic (with its different meanings). We want to address it not only as a romantic resource, but as a collective and individual reflection that plunges us into an infinite sea of questions that we will answer creatively.
Biography
Andrea Cruz M.
1971 Santiago de Chile. Developing my work around the contemporary scene, the elements with which I make my pieces are highly fussy and pollute each other, creating an aesthetic experience with a personal seal, which tries to transcend by its content and form and leaves in the viewer a sense of travel, movement, shaken. Each stage moment is an ephemeral drawing, loaded with emotion and content. The freedom with which I move in creation achieves the direction, choreography and integral design of the piece. My work has been recognised by my commitment to the combination of performing languages that address the body, objects and gesture and by the strength of my interpretation. I co-founded the company Au ments, one of the referents of the dance in Mallorca for the last twenty years. He assists in conducting and consulting in dance, circus and theater pieces of objects with different artists and companies. I am an active member of Blue Theatre, Germany and Spain, participating in several multilingual theatre productions.
